Private Lessons

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced musician looking to take your playing to another level, private lessons provide the opportunity to get the personal attention that is beneficial to your growth as a musician.

Following a conversation with the school registrar or school director, students are matched with an appropriate teacher who tailors instruction to best fit each student’s needs and goals. Private lessons are offered in piano (classical and jazz), violin, viola, cello, double bass, guitar, voice, flute, saxophone, trumpet, clarinet, percussion, jazz improvisation, and composition.

To start the registration process as a new private student, submit a Student Interest Form, or call (978) 369-0010 so that we can learn more about your needs. We will then contact you directly to continue the placement process.

For summer private lessons for current students, please complete the form, marking the weeks you are interested in lessons with your instructor. Our Student Services Manager, Emma Huggard will confirm your lesson schedule and email you an invoice for your summer lessons. Please remember that the invoice must be paid before lessons can commence. New to CCM? Please complete the LESSON INQUIRY FORM.

Private, one-on-one instruction provides a great opportunity to learn to play an instrument or to continue building on existing knowledge and skill levels. Over time, private music education develops patience, commitment, perseverance, logical thinking, goal-setting, time management, and leads to increased confidence and self-esteem.
