FACULTY NOTES

Meet
Stephen Marotto

Steve Marotto works hard to connect his students with music on multiple levels. “I try to help students build a strong foundation of musical knowledge and appreciation by emphasizing pedagogy and technique, but also giving them room to explore things that may be outside the box. I believe in teaching theoretical aspects of the music, so the students can better grasp how and why their music sounds the way it does.”
