Concord Conservatory uses the ASAP system to help manage your account and class registration. Use ASAP to update contacts, confirm your credit card on file, check on any outstanding invoices and credits, and see how many lessons you have left for the semester with each of your instructors. You can also register and pay online for group classes. Note: Private lesson registration is a separate process, please see below.
New prospective students should complete a Student Interest Form, or call (978) 369-0010. Following a conversation with the Student Services Manager or School Director, students are matched with an appropriate teacher who tailors instruction to best fit each student’s needs and goals. Private lessons are offered in banjo, bass, cello, clarinet, composition, flute, guitar, improvisation, mandolin, percussion, piano (classical and jazz), saxophone, theory, trumpet, ukulele, viola, violin and voice.
The Student Services Manager schedules summer private lessons based on your preferences and instructor availability. Summer private lesson tuition payment is due in full prior to the first lesson and is non-refundable.

CCM recitals are held throughout the year on selected Saturday afternoons at 1:00, 2:30, and 4:00 pm, and on selected weeknights at 7:00 pm. Recitals are open to private lesson students and once per semester for performance classes and ensembles. Students of all levels are encouraged to participate whenever they have a polished performance. Your instructor will let you know when you are ready. Students play one piece per recital.

Receiving a formal CCM Progress Report and speaking with your student’s instructor about their strengths, areas requiring improvement, and specific strategies for them, helps with achieving semester and long-term goals.
We ask that parents make themselves available to meet with their student’s CCM instructor, either before or after their lesson during the Progress Report Week. Parents will hear specific recommendations for what their student needs to focus on to make progress with their skill and musicianship development.
It’s also an opportunity to ask your instructor specific questions or mention concerns that you may have about your student’s music instruction. We want to ensure that every student reaches their potential while thoroughly enjoying learning and playing music.
