Enhance Your Musical Skills: Music Theory for Adults
This Music Theory course is for adult students with some experience in musical study on any instrument or voice who wish to increase their understanding of the basic building blocks of music and to build upon their reading, aural, playing, or composition skills.
Join us for a 6-week course that will deepen your understanding of the rudiments of musical notation including pitches, rhythm, intervals, meter, melody, harmony, and chords—giving you the solid foundation to aid wherever your musical journey takes you from the theoretical to the concrete.

Adult students who have not yet enrolled in a Music Theory class at CCM should complete the Adult Theory Assessment and return it to the CCM office. This will ensure the class is tailored to your current level of knowledge.
