Concord Conservatory of MusicConcord Conservatory of MusicStudents ages 9-13 bring their love of singing and enthusiasm for music to this fun, collaborative vocal experience.
Through songs from a range of genres, solfege activities, and age-appropriate vocal technique, young singers develop their musicianship in a supportive and low-pressure environment. Singers will engage in a comprehensive study of performance preparation, including the historical and stylistic background of their songs, reading musical notation, and the rewards of making music with their peers. They will have opportunities to sing solos and explore harmonies together, nurturing social and communication skills that will allow them to develop and thrive.
Students should expect to attend regularly and practice at home.
