Do you want to be a rock and roll star? Or at least play in a band? Then, join our Rock Lab! It’s a great way to kick off your weekend.

The Lab will get you matched up with kids of similar age and ability to form a real rock band. You’ll rehearse, explore group dynamics, song choices, and soloing. When you’re ready, CCM will provide gig opportunities in the community!

Students who participate in Rock Lab should be familiar with chords and the blues scale. Percussion, guitar, electric bass, saxophone, and trumpet players are all encouraged to join. Rock Lab does not replace individual instrument instruction, but rather teaches how to play and improve together as a band.
