Youth Rhythmic Laboratory
The comprehensive study of rhythm has been demonstrated through research to foster substantial cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development in children and adolescents. With an active hands-on approach using percussion instruments, instructor Giuseppe Paradiso will guide students through a series of fun group activities to nurture their listening, visual, and coordination skills. After 10 weeks, students will have gained reliable tools for tackling rhythm and meter challenges and internalized standard rhythmic patterns and pulse. In addition to advancing their playing or vocal skills, students will have a blast in this energizing learning laboratory!
