Coronavirus Update

Covid-19 Response and Recommendations

Covid-19 Update

July 27, 2021

Dear CCM Families,

We have updated our Covid-19 policy to reflect the high vaccination rate in the area and so that we can return to operating in a more typical manner.

As of July 27, we no longer require a health attestation from anyone entering the building.

  • All faculty, staff, students and visitors are expected to wear a mask while inside the building, regardless of vaccination status, unless you are in a closed room by yourself. We are a community with a large cohort of individuals that cannot yet be vaccinated. To make indoor teaching as safe as possible for all concerned, everyone wears a mask
  • Building capacity is back to pre-pandemic levels
  • Maintain appropriate physical distancing for the situation that you are in
  • Continue to practice good hand hygiene
  • We encourage families to use our outdoor spaces for waiting. However, parents and siblings may enter the building and wait in the hallways and lobbies while wearing masks
  • Indoor concerts are allowed with an audience; everyone must be masked
  • No eating or beverages are allowed in public areas inside the building

We look forward to seeing many of you back at CCM, and we wish everyone a restful and music-filled summer.

What you can do?

The Massachusetts DPH has recommended the following habits to prevent COVID-19 and other illnesses:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Clean things that are frequently touched (like doorknobs and countertops) with household cleaning spray or wipes
  • Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. Use a tissue or your inner elbow, not your hands
  • Stay home if you are sick and avoid close contact with others

CCM is committed to keeping you updated on our response regarding COVID-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
