If the sound of a banjo has ever captured your ear, or if you’re a guitar player looking to expand your musical palette, here’s a chance to learn to play! This class will introduce you to the three-finger bluegrass style and give you the foundation you need to jam with other people.

Oriented for beginning students, this class will focus on playing technique and repertoire. Level 1 will cover the fundamentals of the instrument, right-hand picking and left-hand fretting technique, chords and vamping for backup, and your first song. No prior experience is required!
