Tuition and fees must be paid before a student is admitted to a lesson, class or ensemble. Students are not considered registered until payment has been made.
Annual Registration Fee
There is an annual non-refundable $45 per family registration fee for all lessons or classes due at the time of registration.
25% tuition deposit is required at the time of registration - as well as the registration fee (listed above). Remaining tuition is due by September 1 for the fall semester and January 15 for spring semester. Students entering after the start of a semester will be charged on a pro-rated basis for the duration of the semester
30 min. - $750

Overdue accounts (after 9/1) will be subject to a $70 late fee.
Tuition and registration fee are due at time of registration. All tuition and fees are non-refundable for group classes, except if the class is cancelled due insufficient of enrollment. Please refer to the specific group class for tuition due.

If there are 3 or more full semester private lesson enrollments in one family, a discount of $20 per semester private lesson tuition is given.
Withdrawals and Refunds
Any request to withdraw from classes or lessons must be made in writing to The Concord Conservatory of Music. Verbal requests will not be honored.
Prorated refunds for private lessons may be requested only within the first three weeks of the student's lessons. 75% of the unused tuition is refunded if notice is given before the fourth lesson of the term. The 25% deposit, equivalent to 4 lessons, is non-refundable.
Classes or ensembles
No refunds will be given for classes since fees are based on a minimum enrollment.
If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, full tuition and registration fee (if applicable) will be refunded. In extreme cases involving serious illness, death, or relocation, arrangements for credit or refund can be made at the discretion of the school director.
